Floater frames are typically 14-21 days, but most items ship within 2-14 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Packaging & Handling
Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Frames and delicate items are wrapped securely and boxed with protective padding.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please save all original packaging and take photos to assist with any claims.
